I had an amazing experience at this family practice. The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, making me feel at ease. Dr. Sarmiento was fantastic; he genuinely took the time to listen to my health concerns and provided thorough explanations about the treatment options available. I appreciated his emphasis on preventive care, which is something I find essential. He didn’t rush through our conversation, which made all the difference in how I felt about the visit. I was also impressed by how he followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling after our appointment. The only constructive feedback I would offer is to perhaps expand the hours of operation a bit to accommodate those with busy schedules, but other than that, I couldn’t be happier.
